Stepping into my new role as Supervisor of Community, Culture, and Wellness, in addition to being the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Coordinator for Southern Westchester BOCES, fills me with profound purpose and excitement. This career step is not solely a professional advancement but an opportunity to truly impact lives. My mission is simple yet powerful: to create inclusive environments where every individual can thrive and be their authentic selves without reservation.
Authenticity has always been the guiding principle in my life and work. I believe that fostering an environment where individuals feel safe and encouraged to share their true selves unlocks their potential for more meaningful contributions to our communities and organizations. I am committed to fostering spaces where students and adults alike, feel empowered to speak their truth and be unapologetically themselves.
