Aronda Bryant-Franklin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as Office Assistant at the Center for Professional Learning. With a background deeply rooted in serving communities and advocating for children's rights, she embodies the values of empathy, diligence, and dedication. Bryant-Franklin brings that dedication, attention to detail, and compassionate spirit to her busy role as Office Assistant for the Center for Professional Learning while never failing to warmly welcome the multitude of educators arriving at the office to participate in professional learning opportunities every day.

Having served as part of the support staff at the White Plains City School District for three years, Bryant-Franklin gained invaluable insight into the administrative intricacies of educational institutions, and her tenure there instilled in her a keen understanding of the needs of educators and students alike. Prior to her time in the school district, Bryant-Franklin spent two decades as a Senior Caseworker in Children's Services for Westchester County Social Services. In this role, she served as a compassionate advocate for vulnerable children and families, working tirelessly in Foster Care, Preventive Services, and Child Protective Services. She fought passionately for the safety and well-being of children, striving to preserve families whenever possible while ensuring that children received the care and support they deserved. 

Bryant-Franklin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from the College of New Rochelle.
